How Much Do I Use

Not much! More won't hurt, but it doesn't take a lot. The idea is to make their food different and delicious in all the right ways. This isn't like adding a food treat. Think of it like salting a baked potato, or an avocado.  But don't think of it like curing a ham, or preserving Cod. This is more like pixie dust from a dog-friendly farm. Said farm may be the place dogs dream about.
